My son and I recently experienced a beautiful yet terrifying vacation cruise during Tropical Storm Isaac. I took this photo from our stateroom overlooking the very front (aft) of the ship Carnival Valor.
We were thrilled to finally be on solid ground once The Port of Miami officially reopened on Monday, 30+ hours later than scheduled. Safe and sound.
