My 16 year old son is my youngest. Unlike his adult siblings, he prefers fish and meatless dinners.
Feeling creative one, night, I decided to make a Mexican type lasagna using hot chili beans in place of the usual hamburger. Also added to the lasagna noodles was tabasco hot sauce, chili pepper flakes, garlic powder, Mexican shredded cheese, parsley, spaghetti sauce and Mrs. Dash’s spicy season mix.
I admit, it was moist, delicious and almost all gone by the next day for our 3 lunches.
The dinner experiment was a hot success.
